Payment for Services:
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service, payment must be made by 7:00 A.M. the day of lawn care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lawn care service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
Since lawn care is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your lawn care service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-maintain the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

If you require extra services or additional landscape maintenance on your scheduled lawn care day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your property and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
